You will most likely not experience progress in your mindfulness practise if you do not work with cleaning up in your life.
There are many aspects of cleaning up.
In your physical world it is your things and belongings, but also your economy, your money. And of course your own physical body.
In your social world it is your relations. Close relations to family and a few friends, and all the other relations you are engaged in.
In your inner world it is your emotions and your thoughts.
Cleaning up is not something you do and then you are finished, There is always a new mess.
