Inner dignity

When you have been sitting for the first period of time, maybe 10 minutes, what is your inner feeling?

Make some small changes in your posture, let your shoulders fall slightly forward, your head tilt slightly forward, and your back bend a little. We are talking nuances here, just be aware of your feeling inside, how your feeling changes as you slightly change your posture.

What happens when you straighten your back again, open up the chest, shoulders slightly back, neck and shoulders relax?

Do this a couple of times, collapse slightly and straighten up.

Think of freedom and dignity when you are in the straight and upright position. And let this inner dignity be part of your daily practise.
