Mindfulness meditation is about being in the present moment. Accepting.

Awareness of internal states in the body, awarenes on breath, awareness on sensory system. What do you see, hear, smell, taste, and feel?
Just notice, just be aware.

Practise accept and neutrality, practise being non-judgemental.

This moment-to-moment contact with body, breath, and sensory system gives you a solid grounding. Be aware of what is. Nothing else. No need to create states of being with you mind, you are what you are and it is ok. No more and nothing else is needed.

This grounding is so important, it is the basis, the fundament. To stay where you are, to be in the present moment – which is changing all the time.
