When you are working with mindfulness you very quickly realise that the mere fact of being aware is utterly important.

In the present moment there is a wide range of opportunities of which you are aware. The focus of your attention is in your awareness.

It can be
body awareness
breathing awareness
awareness of sensations
awareness of feelings
awareness of thoughts

Which ever area you may choose for your awareness in the present moment, there is so much to – well, to be aware of.
