There are many ways by which you can “sabotage” your own plan of mindfulness practise. The “sabotaging” part of your mind id the part that dislikes, that does not want, that feels no pleasure. This is a strong inner force.
To actually have a daily practise over a longer period of time takes discipline.
You do your daily formal mindfulnes practise because you have decided that you would. You know your own motivation. Nobody else is asking you to do it. Nobody else is giving you credit. It is entirely up to you and only you.
